Acting during circle time!
We had children form groups with each group having a leader to help them say out a rhyme. They were to follow all the actions of the leader. It was fun to see their very own classmates lead them.
It is the brown day!
Name anything brown!
Children and nature do go together. Teaching the kids about nature enables them to care about the things in their environment. Various brown objects and things were pasted for kids to identify and tell their friends about it. Kids had two brown objects to work on. Gingerbread man to fill his parts and a monkey with no tail in which they had to be blindfolded and led to pin his tail.
Kids enjoyed a penguin craft today which represented the letter /p/.
