Listen! Listen! Listen!
Storytelling is very important at this age. When they grow up, storytelling encourages and enhances the listening skills of children. But when a habit of listening to stories is inculcated in them, they learn to become better listeners. It was about the phonics booklet with letters and pictures talking about the sight words found in the book.
How many did you get?
Kids had lots of counting today. They counted the dots on the body of a ladybug. A beautiful bug was made. In that bug number /10/ was written. Kids were provided with so many dots. They were instructed to count 10 only and paste on ladybugs body.
Also, a good number of insects was placed on the floor. Kids were told to count based on the numbers given to them.
